Drinkwallah at Animal Kingdom: Must-Try Frozen Coca-Cola, Snacks, and More
Hi there, bestie! Wanna know a crazy Disney fact? Did you know that Animal Kingdom is hotter than any of the other Walt Disney World parks?
It’s true! While I don’t pretend to be an expert, it has something to do with all the trees and plants. They let off an absorbent amount of heat and moisture.
This explains why I NEVER have a good hair day in Animal Kingdom! But at this point, my mantra has just become, “Throw on a pair of Minnie ears and I’m good.”
Ok, so back to the real reason why you came to this post…
Drinkwallah

With all that extra heat and humidity, I find myself craving an icy cool beverage more often than not.
Whether that’s a cold draft beer or another type of frozen treat. By mid-afternoon I am PARCHED!! And you will be too!
A fun place to quench that crazy thirst is at Drinkwallah. This quirky little stand offers frozen beverages, soft drinks, and grab-and-go snacks.
Drinkwallah Location
Drinkwallah is nestled in the Asia section of Animal Kingdom. You’ll find it on your right as you cross the bridge from Discovery Island into Asia.
If you’re coming from Africa toward Asia, it’s conveniently located right across from the UP! A Great Bird Adventure and the Yak & Yeti Restaurant.
Drinkwallah Menu

The big draw here? The Frozen Coca-Cola. Disney fans love this stuff, and honestly, I get it.
There’s just something about an ice-cold Coke that hits the spot when you’re dying of thirst.
But make it a slushy? Game changer. Suddenly, the heat feels less brutal, and that mirage you saw earlier? Gone. You’re officially surviving the scorcher that is Animal Kingdom.
Jokes aside, it’s delicious and the perfect way to cool off on a hot and humid Animal Kingdom day.
Here’s the menu displayed outside Drinkwallah. On a recent visit, my son and I went with the Frozen Coca-Cola in the Lion King Novelty Cup for $10.49. (Prices have increased since I took this photo.)
Adults, want to level up? For a few bucks more, you can add a splash of Captain Morgan or Jack Daniels to your Frozen Coca-Cola. Or maybe it’s a premade mix, either way … BOOZE. (It’s already on my list for next time!)
Other drink options include bottled water, soda, and Powerade. Beer lovers can choose between Kona Longboard Island Lager and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
For snacks, the Cinnamon-Glazed Almonds and Pecans are a fan favorite. You’ll also find fresh popcorn, bags of chips, and the iconic Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar.
You can check out the full menu HERE.
Atmosphere
At first glance, it might seem like just a little roadside stand. But as you’re sipping your Frozen Coca-Cola, take a moment to reeeeeeeally take in the details.

Like everything in Animal Kingdom, the theming here is next-level. Just look at this one little corner of Drinkwallah—I mean, c’mon!

If you’re looking to sit back and relax, there’s seating just behind Drinkwallah. Simply follow the arrow to “Lower Garden Seating.”
Take the stairs down to a shaded outdoor area by the water, where you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Tree of Life.
It’s also a prime spot to catch the floating Tam Tam Drummers. Have your camera/phone ready—you’ll be able to wave as they float by.
Cheers!

Next time you’re in Animal Kingdom, give Drinkwallah a go. You’ll be able to grab an icy beverage and have a covered outdoor seating area to relax in.
And snag some cute souvenir cups. 😀
